How to make a backup of Postfix emails?

There is a server, Postfix, dovecot. How to make backups of emails on the server? So that you can, of course, restore them on another server with Postfix.
If all of a sudden this is done through some Postfix admin with a GUI on the server, then I don’t need it and I don’t want to install it.

Just copy the configs, database and mailboxes with rsync or other tools.
