How to make a background like on a discord site?

There is a page with a login to the web version of the discord - https://discordapp.com/login
The background turns out to be shimmering, some particles fly, and upon successful entry, it is beautifully filled with color.
Interested in how you can make a similar background, what libraries are there for such animation?

Hi, you can take a look at matthew.wagerfield.com/parallax helped me a lot in my time :) It's not difficult to master. Easy to set up. You make particles yourself and style them in css, you can write additional animation for particles in the same css. And the movement when you move the mouse - the plugin will already help.
