How to make a 3D model of a person from a photo using a neural network?

I want to make myself a 3D model, but I have never done this before.
Maybe there is a neural one that does this automatically? or at least partially.
I would appreciate any links!

PS It is desirable to have links to technologies like Face ID so that you can build a face and a whole person.
