How to make 2 groups of objects the same in Corel draw?

There is a group of objects a), they are rotated in a certain way and have a certain size. There is a group of objects b), they are the same as a), only rotated in a different and larger size. Is there a way to automatically make group b) the same as group a)? The problem is that in reality the objects are much more complicated than in the example and doing it manually is simply unrealistic. I attach an example
