How to maintain page aspect ratio in LibreOffice Writer?

I changed the page proportions (vertical and horizontal) in LibreOffice Writer, now I don't know how to keep these proportions the next time I open a new document. How to save settings?

Make a template and then create documents based on it. It is no different from Word in this sense.
