How to maintain maximum concentration during work/study for a long time?

Based on my experience, I can identify the following ways:
1) Work early in the morning. I don't know about you, but for me it's a good way to be a concentration monster. Great if I didn't sleep at all. It is very difficult to distract me, and the level of criticality towards myself (and others) is on the scale
2) Hunger. Probably, evolution has taught my body to twitch limbs and convolutions during a lack of food
3) Work in a buzz. It doesn’t need commenting, but it’s worth noting that the brain is not a fool and it’s unlikely that it will work out just to designate any uninteresting process work as high-impact
4) Social pressure. Assumption of obligations (the kid said the kid did it - it affects me powerfully, but I don’t bazaar in vain;)))). Responsibility for the family, employees, before authoritative people in the field, etc., etc. Getting involved in loans, etc. I dismiss as insolvent and very harmful
Career growth will be attributed here.
5) Meditations. A cool thing - brings attention under control
6) Music while working
7) Comfortable conditions. A minimum of chaos both physically and in the PC. Everything must have its place (don't make me think!). I also work well in darkness and silence.
8) Work when pret. Not good. I'd rather sacrifice creativity for the sake of deadlines and productivity. Here I am interested in how to arrange life, set priorities so that it always perlo?

12) Substances. Despite the extreme attractiveness and effectiveness, the method is very radical. Every single minus is huge

For myself, I use music + tomato technique. Well, minimal planning, so that at any time you know what to do next.

9) Find ways to relieve stress. Large companies even have soundproof rooms where you can yell and punch a pear.
10) You can chew something. Gum or fruit. Something with vitamin C.
11) Write down what you do in the near future. A few nuances may come up or bugs will appear.

It is not clear what is meant by a long time: 1. A long period of work on something or 2. Some kind of whole period (several hours) of work on something.
If the first, then you need to maintain a high level of motivation to work on this thing. There must be a clear goal, there must be some clear benefit from achieving the goal, and the process of moving towards the goal must be visible - for this it must be broken down into small sub-goals.
If the latter, then you can try something like the tomato technique.

Here is such a practice of Meditation (You can watch Vipassana on my channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0mglQ3YAO8) it helps a lot with concentrating the mind and increasing the performance and efficiency of any activity. And there is also calm music that will help relieve tension and stress, or will be useful during work.

Clothes help me personally. I put on a plain white shirt and already feel different.
