How to maintain a database of supplier companies online?

It is required to create and maintain a database of directors. It is desirable that it be some kind of cloud service. The requirements are minimal - we enter the supplier's contact details and link it to 2 tables - categories and subcategories.
For example LLC "horns and hooves" foodstuffs/meat, milk, cheese bakery products/rolls, biscuits
The purpose of all this is the ability to quickly search for a supplier in a category or subcategory.

A normal site with a small database will do just fine. The logic of the site is written according to your requirements.
Here the cloud is not particularly required, unless the site is placed in it.

Thanks everyone for the discussion. The issue was resolved with the help of evernote. I used notepads for categories and tags for subcategories. Turned out very convenient
