How to maintain a customer database in MODX?

The site built on MODx has a page with ordering: full name, phone, email, etc.
After the order is placed by the client, I create a new document, which I assign a name - the client's email. Is it possible to automate the process and create such a page automatically and transfer the data filled in by the client there?
Further, this document is used as a page on which the client selects products created especially for him and adds information.
Now I have to manually copy all the information into a separate file from two different letters (the data after filling comes to me by mail)
