How to login to Raritan Dominion KX Manager kx232?

I've already "tried everything" and I just can't figure out how to enter Raritan Manager.
1. Reset all Raritan settings via "diagnostic"
2. Logged in with default login and password admin/raritan
3. Set up network
4. Downloaded Raritan Client
5. Successfully connected to Raritan via "Raritan Remote Client"
6. Double click "Admin" "
7. I agree with all Java warnings
8. Raritan Dominion KX Manager
opens 9. I enter login: admin password: raritan shows Communication error screen below:

Note: The default Dominion KX login user name is admin with the password raritan. This user has
administrative privileges. Passwords are case sensitive and must be entered in the exact case combination
in which they were created. The default password raritan must be entered entirely in lowercase letters.
To ensure security, change the default username password as soon as possible.

My model is Raritan Dominion kx232
Please tell me what am I doing wrong?
