There is no entry point in phpmyadmin. In the databases, it says this: It is impossible to go to PHPMyAdmin / PHPPgAdmin, because no database has been selected.

Most likely it is not set as a "feature" in ispmgr. Judging by the menu on the left side, you have a truncated account, but no one bothers to install it stupidly as a script.
