How to login modx evo admin panel with 500 error?

After transferring the site to another domain and hosting, a message began to appear on the main page:
ERROR: Too many forward attempts!
The request could not be completed due to too many unsuccessful forward attempts.
And when you enter the admin panel, it swears at the /manager/processors/login.processor.php file.
What could be the reason? How can I fix it?

Have the accesses from the database changed?

wrong webserver configuration.
Something, somewhere, redirects in a loop.
