Feedback is not saved in modx revolution (tickets plugin). How to fix?

Comments (reviews) are not saved. Instead, 0 is displayed. Even if you manually edit the comment text through the admin panel, it still does not save anything and displays 0. Maybe someone has come across and knows how to fix it?

It turned out not to be difficult. The server is running PHP 7.2. And for some reason tickets doesn't want to work on this version. Moved to 7.1 and the problem was solved.
