How to log the body of POST requests in Apache?

So I have a local XAMPP server. I need the content of POST requests to be stored directly on the server in order to manipulate it in the future. However, I did not find any ways to implement (working) like this. Can you tell me how it is possible to implement this? Preferably without Apache modules.
