The documentation says that the login is via www.routerlogin.net/, but isn't it possible to log into the admin panel without an Internet connection? Moreover, authorization does not occur via secure httpS, but via regular http. Is it possible to log in by specifying the IP address, as it is implemented, for example, in TPLink?

This "site" is actually running on the router itself, so you can connect without the Internet. Made for greater convenience, so that there is no need to look for "what IP address is set for him." The IP address should also enter correctly (not 100% sure)
