How to localize (link) conversations in VK?

Recently I saw "localization of conversations". A story when one large "network" of conversations is created with an individual conversation ID and the ID of that same "bundle". Many are looking for this topic, I'm in python 0 ... I tried to do something, but "damn lumpy". Maybe someone will tell? What functions to set? Thank you very much in advance, please help. I must say right away that the script is needed only for my conversations, no one except me will use it.
