There are many IT communities. Only they are conscious of mother's hackers and programmers. I don't think you can take communities seriously in VK. 1/3 of the communities are mother's hackers. 1/3 of the communities - earnings and other scams for beaten on the head suckers. Another 1/3 of the communities are moronic quotes allegedly said by famous people.
