How to localize a website in Laravel?

I have a website in two languages English and Russian. Every two months there is new content 10 pages in Russian and 10 pages in English. I just can’t understand, the documentation suggests translating by sentence

{
    "I love programming.": "Me encanta programar."
}

But the creation of such dictionaries will take a huge amount of time and no one will agree to do it. The question is, is it not possible to simply prefix en in the routes and prescribe everything related to English localization there and duplicate templates in Russian and English? Or how else to solve this problem? Thank you very much in advance.

@avr1972

in the documentation it is proposed to translate by sentences

You misunderstood, this is localization for the interface (menus, error messages, etc.), a different mechanism is needed to localize content. For example, store two versions of content in different languages.
