Laravel schedule cron not working?

Hello!
Command filled, schedule filled
$schedule->command('service:send')->everyMinute();
But it doesn't work, I manually run php artisan service:send - everything is OK, but if I run php artisan schedule:run - nothing happens, there are no tasks.
