How to localize a program into Russian with a large amount of text in a short time?

Got into a situation. We bought the software, but in the technical requirements they poorly prescribed the correct support for the Russian interface language. As a result, we got software in English, and to add the Russian language, we need to translate 9000 lines of English text (both single words and sentences).
The question is how to quickly translate these 9000 lines as close to the point as possible for the first time? What dictionary-service will cope with this - i.e. specialist. dictionary for IT + file batch processing?

I would write a small software that will run the entire text through google translator, for example, breaking it into lines / words. Then I would break the text into parts and give it to people from the company who at least a little bit understand English, as a result, you can quickly get an approximate sane translation, which you can then give to prof. translators for verification.

You can hand it over to the "monkeys" to copy-paste through google translate, or translate it yourself, depending on your competence, through any freelance site or through workzilla

3 cheap translators will manage in a few days, it makes sense to fence something automated when it’s just cheaper to hire.
