How to load color schemes in Sublime Package Manager (https://packagecontrol.io/)?

Made some range of color schemes nice enough.
I would like to share it with anyone who likes it.
They protect eyesight, but at the same time there is a color difference, but not as contrasting as in 90% of the colors.
