How to list topics in prestashop 1.6 in admin panel?

I bought a theme for prestashop, uploaded a zip file with the theme through the admin panel, everything went well. But the list of topics is not displayed in the admin panel to activate it, and as I understand it, the topic did not appear on the server. What could be the problem?

You may have uploaded the wrong files, the wrong folder. There should be instructions in the archive, follow it.
You may need to install the theme through a special module for installing themes (Template Installer is called)
