How to list the slowest requests?

in ELK I have two metrics: path and download time. I want to display a graph that will display the top 5 slowest loading resources.
you can display the average value and sort by it, but then the picture will be smeared (for example, the first shooting without a cache); it is also possible and probably necessary to use something like the 95th percentile, but then I cannot sort by this value, and therefore get the top 5 slowest queries.
Advise how to be, can anyone have an example or links what? Or am I doing this the wrong way,
thanks

@leahch

Make it in two passes (queries), in the first one you get a percentile, in the second one you make a selection according to the received value with sorting and filtering-rejection of values less than the obtained percentiles.
