How to link Yandex Cloud and a domain?

There is a virtual machine on Yandex Cloud and a domain + dns hosting on RU CENTER.
How can I bind the ip of a virtual machine to a domain?

The site is written in django and uses gunicorn nginx supervisor.

We bind to dns through a ip record on Yandex Cloud and you're done
