How to link two Mikrotik networks?

Hello. There are two different networks in the same building. At the head of every Mikrotik. It is necessary for one or two PCs from the first network to give access to "a certain server" and the clients must be on the same network with it. In my case it is subnet 1.0. To do this, I will add addresses from subnet 1.0 next to 88.0 to two machines. On both DHCP networks. I will connect with a twist from the switch of the first subnet to the microt port of the second network, which needs to be bridged with subnet 1.0. But in order to avoid DHCP of the first subnet and it is desirable to filter all poppies of the first network except for those two machines for access to subnet 1.0. Attached is my super-scheme. Thanks for the comments and help.
UPD:
I also want to use the uplink provider from the first subnet as a backup for the second one =)

Let's just say it's not a very good idea.
If you want to implement it this way, then you need vlan on the switch and a network card with their support in PC3, well, or two network and two cables.

on router 2, - take out the connector where the 88.0 network is plugged from the bridge and hang dhcp-client on it;
register static routes on PC3;
actually, all
PS: you may need to check the rules again

Don't do it.
Get by with the usual routing without this game here with hanging addresses.

You can use EOIP to not fence the garden. True, in this case, all clients will be in the same network, but no dancing with a tambourine.

All norms, only it is necessary to break these two grids with vlanami. And the client PC 3 must either be able to have two vlans, or have two network cards.
If commutes are smart, then vlans are better to start on them too.

The switch is not designed for packet routing, as it works at the 2nd level of the OSI model, but nothing prevents you from doing this on Mikrotiks, configure routes and ACLs
