How to link the size ruler to certain brands in Bitrix?

Advise on the best way to proceed
There is an online store with ~ 800 products of various brands
Each brand has its own line of products (in the form of pictures, but you can of course transfer it to the info block)
The essence of the question is that all products have the "brand" property. Is it possible to somehow set the output of the line depending on the brand?
Or do you need to create an infoblock and assign a line for each product?

Or is it generally better to do it initially in 1C? Because synchronization goes with the database, the goods are automatically sent to the site

1s acts as a master,
of course, all the edits need to be done there, otherwise your post-processor will work for hours and this will be a separate problem.
Data preparation is done on the 1s side as much as possible!
And this is due to 2 reasons
1. let all this r lie in 1s and they do it
2. long export of goods is a problem 1s and not the site
3. the client server system prepares the server for data, the client displays them.
