There is an information block of goods (approximately 105,000 goods), when updating these goods (prices, etc.), I search for goods by the barcode property and update the necessary properties. But the problem is that the update process takes a very long time, for example, it takes almost 50 minutes to update only 3 thousand products. What could be the problem?

Depending on how your import is arranged. Maybe in addition to the update itself, you are doing a lot of requests in the cycle. With so many, you probably slow down the catalog too? Handlers can hang on the update event. It's hard to guess without seeing the project.
