How to link payment in Android application?
There is an Android application in Java where you can buy goods (e-books). I know from experience that in other applications the user indicates his card and its data. Money is automatically withdrawn from it upon purchase. For such actions and to obtain the user's personal data (his card), do you need some kind of legal permission? Or can the purchase be realized in another way - through in-game purchases of Android In-App Billing? But the application is not planned to be uploaded to the play market.

Good afternoon. In order to accept payments in android applications, you need to register with Google Play Developers and then register as a seller. When I registered this service was 25 dollars. After that, you can integrate payment systems in android applications.
But the application is not planned to be uploaded to the play market.
