How to link isc-dhcpd 4.2.4 and windows native DNS?

There is a task - to make DHCP on Linux. Selected isc-dhcpd
DNS and old DHCP native screw.
DHTsP earned, but there is a problem. It is imperative that the hosts give records to the DNS, and can also be loaded via WTWare. Neither one nor the other works.
In general, a Linux host with manually entered data is not registered in DNS
I would be glad for any help
