How to link Eloquent ORM and any ORM on node?

There is a site on laravel which uses eloquent ORM. There is a server on node that uses node-orm-2 or any other ORM, I have not decided yet. How to make them work together? Just pick it up and that's it?

I won’t say for the rest, but sequelize can work with the so-called. legacy tables, i.e. with tables whose names and columns are predefined.
