How to link and display categories in wordpress?

There is a type of entry-Tours. The tour has the taxonomies Country and City.

How can I connect them (with a plugin or through code), so that when choosing a country, the corresponding list of cities is displayed (without reloading).

This must be done both in the admin panel and in the user part.

we can add a link metafield to the City taxonomy and specify the term_id of the country there.
And then you will need to use the get_terms () function using the attribute in the meta_query array to select only those cities in which there is a meta
