How to link a notification from YandexCheckout to a specific controller action in yii2?

In the YandexKassa settings, I specified the address to which notifications from it will be sent.
The server responds with code 200. Notifications are sent to the specified address. But I don't get into the controller's action. How can I set up routing? Can you please tell me what to do.

And if you call the address with curl, does it work? Is it available to an unauthorized user?
