Where can I get an extension to add a text field?

I need the text input field to be the same as, for example, on this site, but except for adding pictures and files. for example this:
I need a widget (or anything else) with at least elementary functionality for editing the entered text.

Look for any wysiwyg editor for the site.
Then, by the name of the editor, you can find a widget for ui2.
The most popular are tinymce, ckeditor, redactor imperavi (it's free for ui users, although it's paid by itself).
