How to limit the use of reserved instance to one account in an organization?

Hello everyone,

the organization has one central aws billing account and several accounts for different projects. How can I make sure that if I put a Reserved Instance in the Project_A_1 project account in the basket, then it could be used by instances running in Project_A_2 and Project_A_3 but not Project_B_1, Project_B_2 or Project_B_3?
