Hello! Such a problem, when running the import script using the link below

the running script pulls all allocated hosting resources. Link added to cron every 4 hours. At this moment (up to 1, 2 minutes), the site takes a very long time to load.
Is it possible to somehow limit the execution of the script to 50% of the resources, let it run longer, but the site will load in normal mode. You can't edit php itself.
