How to legally provide hosting on your own server?
I have my own server, located at my house, in the pantry, equipped with an uninterruptible power supply. I have two communication channels from two providers (the first channel is at a speed of 60 megabits / s, but it is possible to speed up to 100 megabits. The second channel is 5 megabits, the provider has a maximum of 50 Mbps). The server has one 2 terabyte hard drive, but I plan to expand. About 12 sites are already hosted on the server: projects of friends and mirror sites that I made to order as a web developer, and two of my own projects. The server is equipped with a multi-domain mail system. Server OS - CentOS. The main question is how can I legally provide my hosting on a commercial basis?
I count on a small number of clients (maximum 10/20), so that at least it pays for the cost of high-speed Internet (well, electricity, although the hardware is not very voracious, a 1000 VA UPS, the server itself + the 24_port_switch + two_Wi-Fi_points load it by 45 %).
At the same time, I do not have any legal entities and I am not an individual entrepreneur.
