How to legalize and organize a business for the resale of goods?

Suppose there is some organization that sells (and maybe even produces itself, or also purchases, resells) a certain type of product or product. Anything can be a product: fish down duvets, running shoes made of kangaroo leather, panda scarves, and more. All these goods are stored on the side of the main seller.
Suppose a third party agrees with this organization that he makes either a website or a landing page to promote their product, or otherwise “promotes” their product and this product is in even greater demand.
What is the best way to organize the sales process using landing pages and is it even possible to do this?
If a potential buyer who wants to buy this product clicks on the order form in the landing page and fills in the required fields, then how best to organize a profit mechanism for the person promoting the landing page?
Moreover, this person has neither a warehouse nor a logistics system. How to ensure that after filling out the order form in the landing page, the buyer will receive his goods? How will payment take place? Is it better to take payment immediately upon ordering or cash on delivery?
How can a person who promotes a product and sells it through a landing page make a profit?
How should it be issued - as an individual entrepreneur or as an individual is enough?
Has anyone encountered such chains in business? Maybe there is a ready-made scheme for solving such organizational issues, moreover, legally clean and correct, more beneficial to all participants in the transaction?
Would large sales organizations make such deals with someone who, through promotion and advertising, increases sales of their product?

You have described quite working schemes.
This is called an agency agreement.
Better consult a lawyer.

Try watching video courses on reselling. That's exactly what it's called.
