How to learn to write applications in native JS (I know about frameworks, libraries)?

Completed two ITVDN JS courses, JS Specialist, read two books Learn JavaScript Programming, JavaScript and jQuery. Definitive guide. All examples were written by hand, analyzed line by line. + studied additional topics that he did not understand, using various resources.
Nevertheless, in connection with the above, I cannot write the application myself (porridge in my head, I tried to paint everything step by step);
I'm trying to use a prototype approach, a closure. constructors, context binding ...
Please answer in a kind of way is not given, it is better to pass by at all, it is also very difficult for a child to learn to walk, but he does not even think that he is not given.
Thank you (boiled);

I remember I started learning pascal as a child. I studied for a year, two, went to the Olympics, read books. Algorithms, data structures, in short, mess in my head. In the third year, everything fell into place. I remember even taking first place in the city. What am I for? And besides, you shouldn't expect anything from two books. Write programs, applications. Then everything will fall into place, do not worry, in a year or two.

mvc and prototypes - for now, leave
me to make my first cms without it - https://habrahabr.ru/post/322204/
you definitely need to reinvent the wheel without someone else's code, the
main thing is to make your own projects, while you study for several years
