How to learn to work quickly?
I tried to create my own base of blocks for routine tasks such as layout, but with a new project you still have to do almost everything from scratch and the time savings are insignificant. What performance methods do you use?

For routine tasks, you can prepare boilerplates (basic projects, modules), have your own list of ready-made modules with minimal tweaking, have your own "library of recipes" ... You just need to isolate repetitive manipulations as you fill projects and automate them to the maximum
You need to stop doing the same thing over and over again. Write generic code that can be reused.
1. wire-frame markup: layers - separately, block backgrounds - separately.
2. A tool for auto-placement of blocks, with their hierarchy, with control points of position anchors and taking into account the behavior during resizing.
Not AI, but already easier.
I think about it myself. So many new and incomprehensible, head boils almost every day. I try to write down what I learned, decisions, developments. It is clear to write down so that when you return, you will remember step by step how this task was solved.
Do not dwell too much on long unresolved issues, because time is wasted. Better come back later, ask colleagues, forums.
Practice more. It is better to get less information, but it is better to work out the code
