Is this a good education plan for a programmer?

Hello everyone) It's already the 26th day of the first month of this year and ... I'm finishing the 11th grade ..
I live in Ukraine and I understand that if I stay here, it will be forever. Therefore, I decided: “Leave here at all costs”, .. No, no, I’m not hinting at some kind of holivar, you shouldn’t touch politics, etc. If you want to cool down, sit on your chair and swear there with your screen. Sorry for being rude.
So. I'm going to apply to Bulgaria, in the future I plan to become a Full Back-end Web Developer .. somehow I formulated it for myself. C++/Sharp/Java coding doesn't appeal to me in any way, but after getting to know Back-End, I've got a desire to code. I have already chosen a university, a faculty, and there is such information about the curriculum:
Here it is. (tyk)
Good people, as you can see, there is much more desktop than web. But I like to learn new things, especially since it concerns my hobby.
Is it better to look for a faculty where there is a narrow focus on the Web, or is it still worth breaking through here and maybe life will bring me INTO DESKTOP Development)
How did you choose the faculty and knowingly taught what you don’t need now?

You should not dwell on this issue. Developers still get their knowledge and skills, which they need for work, not at a university, no matter what specialty they study.
I loved mathematics and went to study mathematics (although the bias in software development in my specialty was quite strong).
Unfortunately, in my work, the knowledge of mathematics obtained at the university is practically not required for me. But I have never regretted my choice of university/faculty.

Studied at the correspondence school, studied independently. This is the right choice in my opinion.

I think there are no specialties where you will be trained on the web all the time and will be. In universities, for the most part, fundamental education.

1) Full Stack Back-end - how is it?
2) All the same, you will have to study everything yourself, so it doesn’t matter which faculty (we are talking about the web, right?).

I work as a Back-end developer, I write in Ruby and PHP, while I didn’t study any of this at the university, but I taught C / C ++, Java, even assembler. I do not regret it at all, this knowledge gives a better understanding of how everything works at a lower level, and this is also quite important.

If possible, choose not Bulgaria. Even the Russian Federation can be better if you choose the right university and faculty. Look at Germany, France, Britain. Sweden can get off. If you have Jewish roots and don't mind learning Hebrew, Israel has a good education. Understand that the university and the country where it is located are primarily important.

In Bulgaria, there is a wonderful opportunity to learn web technologies and almost immediately after training, get a job in a large company with an international name.

_ you can study at a university (especially if the place is budgetary) receiving a fundamental education and a diploma, and at the same time in Telerik'e, studying specifically the industry.
If I were in your place, I would do just that. But alas and ah, when I was in your place, in our latitudes, dial-up Internet was considered a luxury.

Russian universities should not be considered as institutions for gaining knowledge.

It is better to pay attention to which crusts are formally useful. And so self-education or paid services (courses, etc.)
