How to learn to program based on 1C-Bitrix?

Hello.
Until recently, I was engaged only in Front-end development.
Now I decided that it's time to climb into the Back-end.
As I understand it, the most popular CMS today is 1C-Bitrix.
But she's paid!
Question:
- how to proceed and where to start studying Back-end development based on this CMS?
- where to find lessons, exactly lessons and not API documentation?
- it's paid, how to learn, can you even download it and put it on a virtual host?

I understand that you first need to know PHP and SQL (php seems to be a regular OOP language, and the documentation is good, I studied C # at the university, so it has a lot in common with PHP, I also know SQL, I wrote a server client for WIndows, I can make multi-level queries)
PS: I spent 2 weeks on MODX (I didn’t write my own snippets, of course, I used all the standard tools (display articles, organize menus, pull up a template), in general, in order to understand what CMS is, I decided to try it)
I myself haven’t googled anything about Bitrix, not I want to step on a rake, I want to listen to experienced people in this matter, and go right away, though not expensive, but at least in the right direction in studying)
Thank you in advance for your help!

The lessons from Mikhail Bazarov helped me a lot.
A good teacher, intelligible diction, pleasant to listen to, without water, also teaches the basics. For beginners, video tutorials will help
a lot

Why do you need a back end? continue to develop in the front, become a specialist, and not a dude who knows everything a little.

1. install vmware player
2. download the finished virtual machine
3. run it and install the CMS (business edition) 4.
complete all the courses You don't need to read the development course right away, at least first study "Content Manager" and "Administrator. Basic".

They already wrote correctly - you first need to go over the courses of Bitrix itself dev.1c-bitrix.ru/learning , for starters you can without the Bitrix Framework and a hoster, you just get a general idea of what and how.
There are several courses on YouTube, you can choose what will be easier for you.

On the website of Bitrix itself, you can download it with a 30-day trial, which is usually enough. If necessary, then you can copy your work, deploy a new one next to it and paste yours there.
www.1c-bitrix.ru/download/cms.php there are several options for installation. Take Business - there are the main modules with which work is going on later.
