Dear friends, I recently decided to start developing mobile designs, I was faced with the fact that I can’t find normal courses / materials on this topic, all sorts of tricks, subtleties and so on. Thanks in advance.

Read the theory and put it into practice.
Books on design theory, coloring, usability, interfaces, etc. lots of. Easy to google and even discussed many times on the Toaster, look. There are also many courses on this.
Learn the guidelines for each platform.
Look at the work of others, get inspired. Try to apply good practices in your work. For training, you can simply take a good and comfortable design and try to repeat exactly the same. Sometimes it helps to understand why it was done that way and fill your hand.
Subtleties and tricks are just learned - from books and seen somewhere.
