How to learn to develop AI?

Good time of the day. My name is Nikita, I still go to school, but I have already decided what I will do in the future, this is programming. Until the end, I have not yet figured out which direction to choose, but I liked artificial intelligence, I know that it is difficult, but this is not a problem. I understand that you can’t just take it and immediately learn it, and I don’t even have much primitive knowledge, and if it’s to the point, then I need to show the way, i.e. in which direction to move. I will be grateful if you write the titles of books, on algorithms, etc. , and maybe I will need to learn some programming language in which I can understand programming quite well in general, thanks in advance.

1. AI and programming language (PL) have nothing in common!
2. Until you understand how to build AI logic, there is no point in taking on PL.
3. Start learning with an understanding of the mechanics of nature - on this you can understand how best to competently build your AI.
4. A very good educational channel (I advise you to watch everything, even if the beginning seemed dull): DaVinchi Learning
5. It is better to start by studying all types of feedback and smoothly move on to oscillatory neural networks (ONS).
Then - already dive deeper and move on to design work using one of the NN design tools (this is not PL!).

If you master at least 20 percent and do not get demotivated at the same time, this will be a good sign.

First, you need to understand what AI is. This is a vast field of knowledge.
There are good introductory books that will help you understand what it's all about, and then, if you decide to do AI tasks, choose what you like.
Offhand, there is a fundamental book: "Artificial Intelligence. A Modern Approach" (Stuart Russell, Peter Norvig)
As for AI programming languages, here is a guide - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_programming_...

In St. Petersburg, can anyone suggest departments, undergraduate areas at St. Petersburg State University, ITMO, St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, and possibly other universities where they study AI?
Are there AI courses for high school students at some universities or IT companies?
