How to learn the principles of windows server OS in a week?

Good afternoon.
There was an opportunity to change the type of activity and move away from signalers to system administration. I will not go into why I need it and so on. Let's just take it for granted. Everyone at work knows me very well and they themselves suggested the transition, but I need to pass an interview, where I will show my knowledge of the basics and principles of windows server operation, and I’m not in the tooth with my foot. Of course, over time, everything will be learned and there will be no problems with work, but the interview is already on Friday. In general, I googled this book: Microsoft Windows Server 2012. The Complete Guide Rand Morimoto, Michael Noel, Guy Yardeni, Omar Drauby, Andrew Abbat, Chris Amaris. And a couple more video lessons on youtube from Arshak Petrosyan, Dmitry Zakharchenko and a group of online lessons. Of course, the book is good and I will definitely read it during the period of paperwork for the transition, but I don’t think that now it’s the best option to read 1, 5k pages. Maybe someone knows something better that will give more structured information in less time. Including paid video lessons.
Ps is better in Russian, I can also speak English, but it will definitely be perceived more slowly.

Alas. Even if you read and look - the interview involves questions about the little things, not the basics ...
