Buy a book on PHP, study, practice.
Buy a book on WP, study, practice.
They choose a book for themselves:
- you go into the store, take any page for 700+, open it at random, somewhere in the middle, read a paragraph. If nothing is clear at all - the book does not fit, try another.
Books - you read for the first time, like fiction, the goal is to understand what you can do in principle and through what mechanisms. No need to memorize. The second time is already practicing with the book.
Video lessons - as an overview, quite ok, for learning - a shitty idea.
Individual training - if you need it to learn wp - development is probably not for you at all.
