And they study it in the same way as other languages ​​​​- they take it and start writing :)

You can start learning the language [X] more effectively on a real problem.
All these textbooks in which you read the theory and do exercises to consolidate are ineffective.
Get a job as an intern / look for a curator who will throw up real problems,
and for theory in C, it’s really enough to read K&R in a day.
