How to layout Landing Page?

I have a few questions from a newbie to landing page layout:
1. How do you lay out the first block of a landing page? Should it be the height of the screen (100vh) or is it optional?
2. What width of the container do you choose to hold all the content in the middle if the layout is sent with an allowable width of 1920px. And in general, how to layout layouts with a large width? Reduce the layout itself to a smaller size? The screen resolution itself is 1366x768.
3. Does the content of each block need to be "clearly" aligned vertically and horizontally?

1. Like in design. If the customer / designer said to do so, then so be it. If not, then no.
2. As in design (1920 did not see the width of the centerer even once, see the blue auxiliary lines in the document from content edge to content edge)
3. Again - in design, how is it done? Do what the designer did.
