How to lay out side pictures/backgrounds?

Good evening!
I never knew how such pictures are made up in the backgrounds.
This clearly needs to be done through the background-image, but I don’t really rummage into the back-image. Can you suggest?

Good afternoon.
As stated in the comments, it's better to just make one background image consisting of several parts, this is the white background itself + this piece that you selected.
And if you still do it separately, then you create a pseudo-element and this pseudo-element will contain this image through absolute positioning.
