How to lay a guaranteed channel?

Good day everyone!
It so happened that we have an office in one country, and consumers of our services - in all other countries.
And now, this our native country closes one by one the services of our partners, with whom it is vital for us to work. Test their plugins included in our product, and so on.
In general, we write games for Android, but we can no longer test them qualitatively due to the fact that our country closes the services they work with.
And the question is how to lay a guaranteed communication channel from Europe to our office. Or from Japan to our office. In general, from any normal country? VPN?
But what if VPNs are banned tomorrow? what then? What to use?
As a result, we really want to write games without wondering why one of the plugins suddenly stopped working.

VPN - this is if you need to encrypt traffic during transmission, if you do not need it, you can get by with a regular proxy.
VPNs will be banned on the account - well, yes, in general, they can. But there will still be a legal option for using VPN, but for this you will have to register somewhere and, possibly, transfer the encryption keys to the relevant authorities. If you don't deal in drugs or smuggled weapons, I don't think this should be a problem for you.

Without going into an assessment of the political situation, we can say that there will be no guaranteed channel that would not be controlled by the state. It was not for nothing that I once compared it with an asphalt skating rink - it starts slowly, but after accelerating, it rolls up everything that interferes with it (in his opinion :) )
There will be channels on the darknet, but their presence will already be a crime.
There are two options:
- Negotiate with the "native country". A very specific goal is being pursued - deanonymization of the tyrnet, your business is parallel to the state
- Move to a "normal country".

VPN - ban
IPv6 - ban
It remains to either close the company and go to the factory, or migrate to a normal country
Well, or live in some border settlement and a radio channel across the border

Why has no one mentioned a bi-directional satellite channel?
Buy a channel from a European provider, yes delay... yes speed... but this was not in the condition of the problem;) Moreover, satellite equipment is also not standing still...
And no VPN is needed... And the law _yet_ is not prohibited ... however, I repeat, it will not be a very fast channel.
