How to launch firefox browser through TeamCity?

Situation - when running gui tests through teamcity, tests fail with an error

selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: The browser appears to have exited before we could connect. If you specified a log_file in the FirefoxBinary constructor, check it for details.

The main problem is that the agent in teamcity cannot open the browser.
Teamcity server on Ubuntu OS using vnc (shouldn't be a problem since the monik is connected directly)
selenium == 2.53.6
ff==45.0.2
i.e. link is working.
If tests are run directly, not through TC, then everything works correctly.
Can anyone suggest what?

So far I'm using a virtual display, but still not everything is so smooth through it.

Try using firefox version above, at least 47.01
A QA friend of mine had a similar problem in his project.
Wash there was a bug with firefox connected.
