There is an application on Angular - it works with web sockets. You need to run it on ios and on Android without a browser shell. Those. like a normal application. Or maybe there is some simple browser that just opens the default page on startup and doesn't have any extra controls. Or maybe you can make your own simple browser based on some ready-made components to load only one single page.
